This course begins with the premise that managing and leading change in the face of uncertainty and risk is a central task of the organizational leadership team, whether considering a large multinational organization or a start-up biotechnology venture.  Topics include organizational development approaches to developing the processes and practices.  Prerequisite(s): BUS 320 21st Century Leadership and Beyond
